I finally figured out a reasonable way to convert FLV to DVD. I was having a hard time finding a fast and reliable way to do this on PC and couldn’t find anything that could render in less than one billion hours. Somehow I came across the Perian plugin for mac QT. Once installed I was able to open the .flv in QT, render as .dv, and finally convert to .mpg/.mp4. I was able to put together an entire DVD presentation for a Retreat/Seminar in under a couple hours! This used to be one of the most PIA problems and hopefully this will make it much more smooth process.
